I have one angry knee! This was last night, it’s not much different now. I slept like a newborn baby...up every one to two hours to pee (the longest stretch was 3 hours). So much for the meds to make me sleep! They made me feel like I was a lead weight. I suspect my body was busy trying to get it out of my system; and cleaning up after the stem cells. The pain level is pretty high today. Much like when the meniscus got torn; but lingering as the swelling is necessary. Why? Because that is a good indicator that the stem cells are getting to work! No ice for 6 weeks! I’ll be here, just hanging out in the hotel room, waiting for the snow, reading, watching tv, and hopefully napping in between.
