My Support System

I now have a collection of items to support my knee:

1. The unloader brace, custom fitted, that has been my running partner for over a year (aka: Captain Jack Black).
2. The patella stabilizer, off-the-shelf but not available in your local pharmacy, my partner for the next 6 weeks.
3. The infra-red heat pack, my new best friend, from Venture Heat.  I get to use it 2 to 3 times a day for 2 weeks.  To say I love this thing is an understatement!
