This makes me happy!! Yesterday, I did a run/walk for about 20 minutes and kept the pace under a "Disney mile" limit (that's less than 16/minute/mile) with no pain! But then I went and worked my moonlighting job where I was on my feet the rest of the day. The knee was not happy with me and let me know. Fortunately it calmed down as soon as I got off of it, propped it up and wrapped it in the heat pad.
Today it was time to test out how it would respond with a bike ride. As you can see, it had no trouble with 20+ miles, in the wind, along the American River Parkway; from mile 10 to mile 20 and back. It did talk to me a couple of times on the way out, but I just shifted gears and it quieted down. The next couple of weeks will be more of the same: walk, run/walk, ride. And, of course, the PT exercises to strengthen the knee and surrounding/supporting muscles.
